Fellowship Overview

This fellowship represents a first-of-its-kind opportunity for Surgical Assistants designed to bridge advanced education with high-level clinical practice. Fellows will work alongside top-rated surgeons and highly experienced Surgical Assistants across the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia region, gaining exposure to a wide range of specialties, complex cases, and advanced surgical techniques.

This program emphasizes mentorship, hands-on experience, and professional development within a high-volume, multi-facility environment.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered, applicants must have either:

• A Master’s degree in Surgical Assisting, or
   
• Be in their final year of a Master’s in Surgical Assisting program at the time of application.
