Our History

Capital Region Surgical Assistants (CRSA) was founded in 2019 and is owned and operated by Surgical Assistants.  As the need for experienced healthcare professionals such as Surgical Assistants grew the founder and CEO Noah Hankerson created CRSA with the mission to help provide successful and efficient surgical outcomes by providing surgeons, hospitals and surgery centers with highly skilled and dedicated Surgical Assistants.   

CRSA is comprised of extensively trained and experienced Licensed and Certified Surgical Assistants.  Our group employs a wide skill set that can provide expertise in surgical specialties such as:  Robotic surgery, Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Neuro surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive surgery, General Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, Colorectal Surgery, Urologic Surgery OB/GYN, GYN/Oncologic Surgery, Urologic Gynecologic Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, and Podiatry Surgery.
